Along with the kid’s classes, we have personal training, amateur boxing, professional boxing, etc…  We have been open since Monday, April 20, 2009 and we already have the privilege to say that many “big names” have passed through the gym, such as: Ben “Wonder” Tackie – Light Welterweight / Welterweight contender. Brian Adams – Former professional boxer & current boxing analyst (retired in 2003). Carl “the truth” Williams – Former Heavyweight contender (retired in 1997). Danny “the Golden Child” Jacobs – Highly recognized amateur and current Middleweight prospect (17-0). Darrel “King David” Madison – Heavyweight contender (13-1). Dave Diamante – World renowned Boxing & MMA announcer. Emile Griffith – 5x World Champion (retired in 1977). Hino Ehikhamenor – Finalist from the hit reality series “The Contender” (Season 4). Jimmy O’Pharrow – World renowned trainer & owner of Starret City Boxing Club in Brooklun, NY. Junior “Poison” Jones – 2x Super Bantamweight World Champion (retired in 2002). Luis Collazo – Former 2x Welterweight World Champion. Mike Rella – World renowned cut man AKA “the best cut man in the business.” Sadam “the World Kid” Ali – 2008 Olympian (132 lbs). Tarvis “Marvelous” Simms – Middleweight contender (24-0). Travis “Tremendous” Simms – Former 2x WBA Light Middleweight Champion. Vito Antuofermo – Middleweight World Champion (retired in 1985)….and many up-and-coming rising stars!

Welcome to the New Legend Boxing gym Blog.

Our Boxing Gym is brand new and clean. We have many great trainers and Boxers its become a small family like club, where we all share the same passion with different outlooks on the sport of Boxing. In the Social environment that Bloggers School helped us to create for users our Clients, the most important part of what we do.

You can get to us by Bus A train line and J Train Line. Or take the Q8 bus to 101 Ave and 97st Side block.
